The experience at the service end was good. Getting my vehicle in for service was the issue. I was past due on my oil change due to the challenges getting my truck a spot in the service line. I had a week of PTO recently and tried to get my truck in for service. I was told there were no available appointments. I even asked if I could be notified if you got a cancelation. The answer I got was I would have to call myself and check and see. The lady also sounded like I was bothering her. I only have a couple of service appointments left in the package I bought. I wont bother you any more after that. Sorry for bothering you all.
Thanks for providing a rental and for fixing the rear differential after the second time requested. My concern is with communication. I can't get a service advisor to contact me to explain why my door was not adjusted.
Ashley was great to work with and was very friendly and informative. She called and let me know what was happening and went over and beyond to make sure everything was being taken care of with my vehicle.
Dropped by, without appointment, when Engine Warning light came on. Identified problem, and an additional potential problem, fixed them and had oil changed. Got car back the next day. My son-in-law is an accomplished mechanic and he confirmed cost was in line with difficulty of fix. Hendricks has alway been spot on as my go to garage.
