The computer system issue of shutting down while driving, is still not resolved and this is going on 11 months with this car. I purchased again from this dealership in December because we were loyal customers for years back to when it opened as Dominion, and my Acadia truly saved my life in my car accident last December. However to now have a car where computer system shuts down and reboots while driving, and you are unable to find the proper source & fix this, gives me absolutely no sense of safety with this car.
When I walked in the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. My sale person was Ricky Bryan he was professional. I was very happy with him. Robert my financial sale person I had a great experence with him as well. The whole team was great.
Did the work on time and service writer was very courteous. Also a great thanks to Ricky Bryant who stopped what he was doing and programmed my cell phone to my truck and now I have hands free phone. Ricky is who I purchased my truck from and he is a great salesperson and always ready to help me when I have a problem. I give a triple ten to Ricky!!!!����
A-Fricken-Mazing....can���t believe I went elsewhere initially for my new vehicle repairs...everyone from service to parts were so welcoming and friendly. Thomas is the best and went talking to him, made if feel like family. I worried about waiting for the vehicle because of the issues I have experiences since getting the car but I was put at ease and pleasantly surprised to be offered a loaner. Rick Hendricks you have a customer for life..and I will bring my 1970 Chevy Malibu or is it a Chevelle for some needed service and body work.
