The service was okay. I wasn���t asked if I wanted to pay for the extra quart of oil my car needed. Also most dealerships will at least vacuum your car when you bring it in for service. I was a little disappointed that Rick Chevrolet was not willing to provide that level of customer service. I don���t think I���ll be back.
My truck was in service for 5 days only to find out there's nothing the dealership could do to solve the problem. It should not have taken 5 days to determine that GM installed a substandard back-up camera in the 2019 Silverado LT. My previous 2014 Silverado LT had an awesome back-up camera. Further, the sales people should be aware the 'new' back up camera's on LT's do not measure up to the previous year LT models. Disappointed Chevy/GM decided to lower the quality of the camera without letting buyers know about this degradation. The service department at Hendrick Chevrolet could not have been nicer. However, in the end it did take 5 days for the dealership to figure out they could do nothing. It should have only taken a few minutes to figure that out.
I would have given you 5 stars except that the coffee machine in the waiting area was not working and no one attempted to fix it despite being told by several customers. The service desk person was attentive and helpful.
Joslyn is so kind and caring. She and the mechanic took the time to figure out what was wrong with the automatic high beams. Turns out it was just operator error but I appreciate her helping me figure it out. She even made sure I could control it before I left
