I waited for over 3 hours for a recall repair that GM said would only take 20 minutes. I ended up leaving without any paperwork or receipt since that person had gone to lunch. A very negative experience!
Bronson was great at customer service, however he did try to charge me initially, I had to remind him I had the extended warranty and I owed nothing (shouldn't your computer show that). Also the phone app is totally useless in my opinion. It sent me texts with almost no useful information, and the next day after I had already picked up my car, it sent me a message saying my car was getting ready to be worked on. I ignored it and that afternoon it sent me a message that my car repair was complete and I owed $300+. I ignored that one also since I already picked my car up the day before.
