I scheduled an appointment to have my drivers seat repaired (molding separated from seat) earlier this year. The problem appeared to be fixed but a day later, the molding was separated again from the seat. I went back for a second time on August 6. Again, it looked good at the dealership but the next day, I noticed it was separated again. As you can guess, I am very frustrated with the poor results Rick Hendrick Chevrolet provided to me. I called and spoke with Jeff Barton on August 7. I asked him to figure out what went wrong and to call me back with a plan to resolve my issue. To date (Friday 8-9) I have received no such call from Jeff or anyone from Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. I am disappointed in the service you provided to me and the lack of followup or any concern to help me.
I never take my Suburban anyplace else. Hendrick's Service Department is top of the line - they do everything right, don't suggest or try to sell unneeded maintenance, and get it right the first time. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they provide a comfortable and spacious waiting area with great internet service. This is what a quality service experience is supposed to be.
The Client Service Advisor, Paul O'Reilly, was knowledgeable and extremely helpful explaining the options available to correct the problems with my. truck. My overall experience with Rick Hendrick Chevrolet GMC was successful and surprisingly pleasant.
