salesman was nice, but had to really push his managers to provide a second key on a new vehicle. Made the great experience turn sour quickly for no reason. If you are selling a new vehicle (had previous owner only 4200 miles) you should provide two keys and two remotes and not charge for them. Made the experience feel like i was purchasing from a neighbor that couldn't find a second key. In the end second key and remote was provided so we were satisfied.
1. When I dropped off my truck, the two representatives in the service area were not wearing masks. 2. I had an appointment for 4:15 pm and was asked when I needed my truck back. I stated that I would pick it up the next day. I assumed it would be done the day of my appointment. I called the next day at 12:15 pm and was told the truck wasn't done. A rep called back 15 minutes later and said it would be done in 45 - 50 minutes (about the time it takes to do the job). He also said he would call when the work was complete and he didn't. 3. The time before this appointment, I waited for my work to be done (oil change and tire rotation) and it took over 2 hours. I don't think I will be back for service.
I was very pleased at how well everyone worked with me to make my experience a positive one, especially in the time of this pandemic. The salesperson and the financial manager explained every detail about the car and all of the options that were available to me. I could not ask for better quality service.
The service personnel at the desk could be a little more focused on attending to customers. It would be good for the attendants to notify one of the proper service due. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, however when I asked when is my next full service due and the person told me 50K miles, this irritated me because I am at 49,700 miles now. I should have been getting the 50K service and not an oil change.
Your website allows for expectations not to be met. I went online and scheduled same day servicing for my vehicle, don���t make this an option if you cannot fulfill the request. Also maybe I am old school or my last dealership I purchased a car from was just that great (they weren���t) but what happened to the courtesy car wash and vacuum.
