We brought our 2011 Silverado in for oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. We were greeted by Stanley McKay our service advisor and a usual he had our paperwork ready and the process was started promptly. We agreed to the 50K service as well. A short while later Stanley informed us that a tie rod end was worn beyond limits and required replacement, he said the parts were on hand and the work would be done as quickly as possible. So, while we did spend more time waiting, we are glad the issues were corrected in good time. Stanley kept us advised as to how the work was progressing. Rick Hendrick Chevrolet is the only place we get our vehicles serviced.
Our salesman, Craig, was great to deal with and made the transaction easy. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and found one in transit since none were on the lot. He kept in touch with updates. I would work with him again.
